HOUSTON – Five of AZA’s trial lawyers were named to the Lawdragon 500 Global Leaders in Energy for 2026.
Those honored are John Zavitsanos, Todd Mensing, Tim Shelby, Cameron Byrd and Paul Turkevich.
Lawdragon said it “researched those lawyers who shine bright for oil and gas; electricity; mining; and nuclear power; as well as water, wind, solar and new forms of what drives us.”
Messrs. Zavitsanos, Mensing and Shelby have been on this list before.

Mr. Mensing has also been named to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators in America and 500 Leading Lawyers in Environmental Law lists. Mr. Shelby has also been named to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators in America.
New to the energy list this year are Mr. Byrd and Mr. Turkevich. Mr. Byrd has been named to Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators in America and 500 X – The Next Generation lists.
