FINREG PARTNERS is entering 2026 with another significant addition to our team. Our transaction practice is being expanded by experienced attorney Pavla Ševčíková, who will serve as Of Counsel. Her arrival confirms our long-term focus on providing top-quality advice in the areas of private equity, venture capital, and M&A transactions, particularly in the technology and financial sectors.
Pavla specializes in providing comprehensive legal support to investors, funds, and start-ups in capital transactions, acquisitions, and strategic investments. She guides clients through the entire transaction process from structuring the transaction and negotiating documentation to closing the transaction and subsequent integration.
Before starting her own law practice, she worked for ten years at PPF Group as a legal manager and participated in a number of significant Czech and international transactions. She also gained experience in M&A at an international law firm. During her career, she has worked on investment projects within the EU, the US, and selected Asian markets. A significant part of her practice also involves advising start-ups and joint venture projects.
