We acted as Mexican counsel for the Underwriters in connection with the global follow-on equity offering of Fibra Uno, the first and largest real estate investment trust (Fibra) in Mexico, which consisted in an offering of 419.75 million CBFIs, including the overallotment option, at a price of MXN$ 30.50 per CBFI, for a total amount of approximately MXN$ 12,800 million. Approximately 37% of the CBFIs were placed through a public offering in Mexico and nearly 63% of the CBFIs were placed through an international private offering under Rule 144A of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and in other countries under Regulation S.
