The firm strengthens its Corporate practice with the appointment of Juan Andrés Bretón.

Juan Andrés joined FerradaNehme in 2017 as a senior associate, being promoted to director in 2019. He has more than ten years of experience in Corporate Law, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, foreign investment, tax advice and corporate reorganizations. He focuses his work especially in M&A and in advising, structuring, and negotiating commercial agreements, acquisitions, financings, and high complex commercial contracts. He holds a law degree from Universidad Diego Portales and has a master’s degree in Taxation from the School of Economics and Business of the Universidad de Chile.
