Mabel Ahumada, Marcela Rodríguez, José Tomás Correa and Tomás Pérez have been named as new partners of FerradaNehme.

Mabel Ahumada
Mabel is part of the Competition and Economic Regulation team, where she stands out for her work on regulated and unregulated markets, merger controls and anti-competitive conduct, knowledge that she was able to deepen in her previous work at the National Economic Prosecutor's Office. Mabel is a lawyer from the Universidad Católica de Chile, has an LL.M. in Competition Law from King's College London, UK, a Diploma in Regulation in the Electricity Sector from the Universidad de Chile, and a Diploma in Neuropsychology and Neuropsychiatry of Adults taught jointly by the Universidad de Chile and the Universidad Católica de Chile.
Marcela Rodríguez
Marcela is part of the Complex Litigation team, where she has advised clients from the most diverse industries in major civil, commercial and consumer litigation and arbitration, integrating public and private law, and with an in-depth knowledge of how the courts resolve disputes. In addition, she has been the coordinator of probono matters in our firm for more than 3 years, promoting voluntary and probono work for the benefit of individuals, institutions and the community. Marcela has a law degree from the Universidad Católica de Chile, a diploma in Insurance Law from the Universidad Católica de Chile and a diploma in Civil Liability from the Diego Portales University.
José Tomás Correa
José Tomás is part of the Public Law and Government team, where he specialises in regulatory matters, administrative concessions and sanctioning procedures, among others. He has advised several private companies and trade associations on regulatory matters and public-private partnerships. He was coordinator of the probono matters of the firm for several years, promoting probono work in matters of high social impact. He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Chile, a diploma in Economic Public Law from the same institution and an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Tomás Pérez
Tomás is part of the Competition and Economic Regulation team and also actively participates in the Complex Litigation area of our firm. His work experience prior to FN and his time in the Litigation Division of the National Economic Prosecutor's Office allowed him to acquire extensive experience in advising large national and international companies in the resolution of economic and commercial litigation, regardless of the relation to competition, with strong strategic skills for litigation and negotiations. He is a lawyer from the Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an LL.M. from Columbia University, USA.
