After recently announcing its commitment to investing more heavily in the international area, Felsberg Advogados makes yet another move to consolidate its expansion process, which began in 2018, with the promotion of five of its senior associates to equity partners.
For Thomas Felsberg, founding partner of the firm, the appointment of new partners, in addition to valuing professionals who already work within the firm, aims to strengthen sectors considered essential for the firm's growth plans. “We are convinced that this is a correct and valuable strategy from the perspective of the firm, but also from the point of view of people management. And we want this to repeat many times going forward”.
With this initiative, the following will now be part of the equity partnership of Felsberg Advogados, bringing the total number of partners to 34 (of whom half are female): Tasso Alexandre Richetti Pires Cipriano (Environment and Sustainability); Thiago Dias Costa (Restructuring and Insolvency); Mirella Goldenstein Kaufman (Corporate Law and M&A); Flávia Ganzella (Tax); and Leonardo Ribas (Litigation and Arbitration).
