Continuing the expansion process started three years ago, Felsberg Advogados has decided to invest in the growth of its international area. To do so, the firm has brought back Anneliese Eger, who will have Ambassador Sergio Amaral, counselor at the firm, and the firm's founding partner Thomas Felsberg by her side in this mission.

Anneliese, admitted in France and Brazil, was part of Felsberg Advogados between 2007 and 2017, after which she moved to Europe to work as a local partner at the German law firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen. Returning to Brazil now, she maintains a relationship with the German firm, marking her strong presence and activity in the Brazil-Germany business scene. She is set to take on the challenge of coordinating the international area within the growth perspective that has been implemented by the office since 2019, with an increase in practice areas, which today already total 35, and a steady increase in partners.

For Thomas Felsberg, Anneliese's return represents an important step in this new movement. “With proven experience in international operations, she also has the advantage of knowing the dynamics of the office in depth, having spent 10 years with us, when she was in charge of international desks. Now with a strong focus on internationalization, which has always been in our DNA, the firm wants to have a strengthened performance in the foreign market and expand its activities significantly.”

According to Anneliese, “We will focus on Europe, especially Germany and France, but also take care of clients from China and Singapore, as well as Brazilian investments in Africa. A huge challenge, but one that we are ready to face thanks to the excellence and quality of the firm's legal staff.”
