Thames Valley and City law firm, B P Collins LLP, has expanded its family team with the appointment of new partner, Emma Leavesley.


Recognised by independent legal directory, The Legal 500, Emma joins from Penningtons Manches Cooper, where she specialised in pre- and post-nuptial agreements, complex financial remedy proceedings, private law children cases and cross border matters. As a member of Resolution’s National Wellbeing committee and a mental health first aider, Emma has extensive experience with clients who may be struggling with their mental health.


Working primarily from B P Collins’ Oxfordshire office in Thame, Emma will advise on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, the breakdown of cohabiting relationships, finances and arrangements for children.
