With almost 20 years of experience, Dolly Salazar began her professional career at the National Tax Service - District Management and Graco Santa Cruz where she worked as a lawyer in the Technical Legal, Contentious Tax and Coactive Collection Units, as well as Chief of the Legal Department and District Manager. Later, she served for more than 7 years as Executive Director of the Santa Cruz Regional Tax Challenges Authority (highest position at regional level) managing all the Legal Technical Reports and Appeals, from their admission to their finalization.
She has been a speaker at numerous conferences for the Tax Challenge Authority internal and external programs and has been a professor of the Postgraduate Tax Program at the Universidad Privada de Santa and for the Diploma in Public Policy and Management from the Plurinational School of Public Management.
