(the "Financial Lessor") in connection with a leaseback transaction over real estate properties of Camposol S.A. for an amount of USD 41'746,172.30. The Transaction involved the execution of a Leaseback Agreement and a Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Financial Lessor and Camposol S.A.; in addition to a personal guarantee (fianza solidaria) granted by Camposol Holding Plc (an entity existent under the laws of Cyprus).
