Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker McKenzie International, advised Habitat Andina S.A. -the parent company of AFP Habitat in Peru and Colfondos in Colombia - and Habitat America S.A., on the acquisition of EFIC Capital Asset Management Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C., a mutual fund management company in Peru. The transfer was approved by the Peruvian Stock Market Regulator - Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores- in February 2023.
