Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International, advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros and Banco de Crédito del Perú in the structuring of a medium-term loan in favor of Universidad Científica del Sur S.A.C. - UCSUR for up to PEN 74'000,000,000, in order for UCSUR. Proceeds will be used to (i) expand and/or implement the premises in which it carries out the activities corresponding to its main line of business, and (ii) prepay existing UCSUR’s short-term debt with Banco de Crédito del Perú.
