Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker McKenzie International, and Baker Mckenzie (Bogota Office) acted as Peruvian and Colombian legal counsel to Cooperatieve Rabobank U.A., as lender, respectively, in connection with a revolving line of credit agreement granted in favor of Camposol S.A. (a company incorporated in Peru and one of the largest agriculture companies in the country) and Camposol S.A.S. (a company incorporated in Colombia), as borrowers, for an outstanding amount of US$ 40 million. Under the transaction's structure, Camposol S.A. is jointly and severally liable before the lender for the obligations of Camposol Colombia S.A.S. under the credit line agreement. In addition, the borrowers' obligations are guaranteed by Camposol Holding PLC (the group's holding company incorporated in Cyprus).
