Estudio Echecopar, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of a long term loan granted to Agrícola Alaya S.A. The use of proceeds involved the financing of part of the CAPEX 2023 Plan of Agrícola Alaya.
Estudio Echecopar provided support to Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. in connection with the loan which involved a complete security package, which was composed of mortgages over lands and a trust agreement governed by Peruvian law that secured the loan.
