On December 18, 2023, Estela, a leader in digital compliance in Latin America, announced the acquisition of Transporte Confidencial de Información - TCI.
Estela is a technology company that provides solutions for the issuance of electronic tax documents, electronic signatures, among others. The company operates in the region through Pegaso Tecnología, Facture and Indicium. Estela is backed by Accel-KKR, a global private equity firm with USD 19 billion in cumulative capital commitments, focused exclusively on software and technology services companies.
TCI is a company with more than 30 years in the Peruvian market, engaged in electronic invoicing system services and validation of electronic invoices services.
With this acquisition, Estela seeks to expand its operations in the region, a process that also included the acquisition of Digiflow this last Novemer.
