On November 15, 2023, Estela, a leader in digital compliance in Latin America, acquired DBNet and Digiflow.
Estela is a technology company that provides solutions for the issuance of electronic tax documents, electronic signatures, among others. The company operates in the region through Pegaso Tecnología, Facture and Indicium. Estela is backed by Accel-KKR, a global private equity firm with USD 19 billion in cumulative capital commitments, focused exclusively on software and technology services companies.
As part of the transaction, Estela acquired DBNet in Chile and Colombia and Digiflow in Peru. Both companies are leaders in the digital transformation market, providing electronic invoicing and tax compliance solutions.
With the acquisition, Estela seeks to expand its operations in the region.
