Avance advises eQ Community Properties Fund in the conditional agreement to acquire an approximately EUR 141 million community property portfolio from the City of Jyväskylä. The approximately 55,000 sq m portfolio includes the main campus, music campus and Dynamo campus properties of the JAMK University of Applied Sciences, as well as the Vaajakoski, Seppälä and Ristonmaa fire stations, all leased under long-term lease agreements. The sale and purchase is conditional on the approval of the City Council of the City of Jyväskylä.
