Avance advises eQ Community Properties Fund in the sale of a healthcare property portfolio for approx. EUR 100 million to a fund represented by the Nordic real estate investor Nrep.
The portfolio consists of 17 assests that are located in Helsinki area and in large cities, and has a total leasable area of approx. 29,000 sq m.
