Empresas Carozzi S.A. (“ECSA”) local bond registration and placement

Guerrero Olivos assists long standing client ECSA, Multinational Corporation owned by the Bofill family and one of the largest groups in Latin America in the food and non-alcoholic drinks industries with significant domestic and international market presence, in the registration of three series of bonds (Q, R and S series) and further placement of two of those series of bonds (R and S series) against the two lines of bonds previously registered on 2017 with the Chilean local Financial Market Commission, former Securities and Exchange Commission (SVS).
Relevance to this transaction is that with these funds, ECSA has expanded its financing options and will be able to finance potential future acquisitions.
Also, it is important to mention that placement was made under a historical low spread for ECSA.
