E+H advises Nordwind Growth and other shareholders on majority sale to British investor Tenzing

E+H provided legal advice to the Munich-based growth fund Nordwind Growth and the other shareholders on the majority sale of the Salzburg-based data management specialist pimcore to the British tech investor Tenzing. Completion of the transaction is still subject to regulatory approvals.

pimcore was founded in Salzburg in 2009 and has evolved from an open-source project into an internationally active enterprise software company, whose platform consolidates product, customer, and content data into a centrally managed database. pimcore is featured in the Gartner Magic Quadrants for Digital Experience Platforms and Master Data Management Solutions.
