DZP has advised Zing S.A., one of the largest players on the paper market in Poland and a 100% Polish company, on changing its ownership structure and on control being taken of the Zing Group. DZP's client has been operating on the market for over 30 years, supplying printing houses with, inter alia, printing substrates and packaging materials of all types.
DZP's advice included comprehensive legal and tax advice on the transaction, including preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, obtaining competition authority clearance and finalising the share purchase transaction.
