The DZP’s Real Estate Practice has advised Sirius Investments on the sale of Manhattan shopping center in Gdańsk.
CH Manhattan is one of the largest shopping malls in Gdańsk, with a retail space of over 25 000 sq m and 120 shops and service points, as well as restaurants, cafes, a multimedia library and a modern playground.
The building was sold to the Hungarian investor Futureal Investment Partners.
On DZP’s part, the transaction was led by Wojciech Koczara, Partner in the Real Estate Practice.
