DWF Poland's comprehensive legal support to Software Mind covered all stages of the transaction, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, and assistance during the signing and closing process.
The project was led by Dr hab. Rafał Woźniak, Partner, supported by Katarzyna Stefaniak, Senior Associate and Iga Sukiennik, Junior Associate from the Corporate and M&A Department. The Employment and Pensions Department team, overseeing employment matters related to the transaction — particularly managerial contracts, non-competition agreements, and confidentiality agreements — was coordinated by Dr Izabela Szczygielska, Local Partner with support from Katarzyna Zając, Associate. The due diligence process was executed by Kamil Ciodyk, Associate and Szymon Ostrowski, Legal Intern from the Corporate and M&A Department, Ewelina Madej, Counsel and Marta Matkowska, Associate from the Intellectual Property Department.
