DWF advises Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne ECI S.A. on the sale of shares in NC3 II Sp. z o.o.

The transaction consisted in the sale of 100% of shares in NC3 II Sp. z o.o., the owner of NC3, a modern 6,200 sqm office building located in Warsaw's Mokotów district, to MNK Partners, an independent asset management company specialising in European real estate investments.

DWF's advice to the ECI Group included the full transactional scope, including drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation and support in tax matters. The project was led by Ewa Lewandowska (Senior Associate) and Bartosz Ostrowski (Senior Associate) from DWF's Real Estate Department, under the supervision of Joanna Wojnarowska (Partner and Head of Real Estate Department). Tax advisory was provided by Adrian Jonca, (Partner and Head of Tax) and Katarzyna Stec (Counsel) from the Tax Department, while the intellectual property advice was provided by Ewelina Madej (Counsel) from the Intellectual Property Department.
