A team of DWF lawyers acted as a legal advisor to Enter Air Group in the process of obtaining financing in the amount of EUR 25,000,000 from a consortium composed of Bank Pekao S.A. as a facility agent and mBank S.A. as a security agent.
DWF's advice to Enter Air Group covered all stages of the transaction. The entire work was supervised by Tomasz Kaczmarek, Partner heading the Banking and Finance Department at DWF in Poland, Co-Head of Banking and Finance for Continental Europe. The team involved in the project included Joanna Sztandera, Associate from the Banking and Finance Department. Supervision and strategic support was provided by Dr Michał Pawłowski, Managing Partner.
