Dentons Link Legal advised Uber India Systems Private Limited in securing the lease of large-scale office spaces admeasuring about 1 million sq. ft. each in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The mandate involved providing comprehensive, end-to-end legal support across the entire transaction lifecycle, from site evaluation and due diligence to documentation, negotiation, and execution.

The Firm assisted the client in identifying and assessing suitable office premises and undertook extensive title verification and legal due diligence of shortlisted properties across Karnataka and Telangana. The team also prepared detailed due diligence reports to support the client's decision-making process.

Engaged at an early stage of the project, Dentons Link Legal advised on the overall legal, contractual, and risk-allocation framework. The Firm was responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalising key project documents, including architectural services agreements, construction contracts, MEP services agreements, consultancy agreements, and related ancillary documentation. Throughout the engagement, the team worked closely with the client's commercial, procurement, and transaction teams to align legal strategy with business objectives.

Dentons Link Legal further led the negotiation and finalisation of the lease deeds and related transaction documents, working extensively with the developers' legal and commercial teams to secure commercially favourable and legally robust outcomes for the client.
