Dentons Link Legal acted as lenders’ legal counsel to Aseem Infrastructure Finance Limited in connection with financial assistance extended to 18 special purpose vehicles of Vedu Infrastructure Private Limited, an affiliate of KCC Buildcon Private Limited, for the development of solar power projects under the PM-KUSUM Scheme (Component-C).
The financing supports the development of a 75.41 MWAC / 90.89 MWDC solar power portfolio spread across 26 locations in 13 districts of Rajasthan, with power procurement arrangements linked to the Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited and Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited discom regions. Dentons Link Legal advised on the structuring, negotiation and execution of the financing and security documentation for the transaction.
