Dentons has assisted the Chairman of the Board of Directors and founder of Finstar Financial Group investment holding, Oleg Boyko, in the acquisition of a 99.56% share of SIAB Bank PJSC (St. Petersburg). 

Konstantin Kroll, Partner and Head of the Corporate and M&A practice, led the Dentons team on the transaction. The team also included associates Marina Smirnova, Irina Volkova, Boris Belkin, Oksana Kravchenko and Arina Karsonova.
