Dentons Link Legal is pleased to have further strengthened its Dispute Resolution & Arbitration practice with the addition of Abhay Chattopadhyay as Partner, based in the Firm’s Delhi office. Abhay has over 15 years of experience advising and representing domestic and international clients in complex, high-stakes disputes. His practice spans commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, insolvency, white-collar investigations, regulatory enforcement, and intellectual property, with a particular focus on matters where a commercial dispute intersects with regulatory or criminal exposure.
Abhay regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India as well as various High Courts and tribunals across the country. He also acts in domestic and international arbitrations, including ICC and SIAC proceedings, and advises clients across sectors including infrastructure, energy, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, media and entertainment, manufacturing, and financial services. He is particularly recognized for his strategic and commercially focused approach to complex and business-critical disputes, and has been ranked by Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Business World Legal, and Global Arbitration Review for his work in the disputes space.
He will be joining the firm with a team of lawyers who are skilled in the areas of dispute resolution and arbitration.
