Knack Packaging Limited is a leading integrated, innovation-driven, export-oriented, and sustainability-focused packaging solutions provider, offering a diverse range of packaging products and services.
The Offer comprised of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹3,800.00 million and an offer for sale of up to 3,500,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders. The IPO was subscribed over 83 times overall and the qualified institutional buyers components was subscribed over 154 times.
