Dentons advised Polish real estate developer Echo Investment on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Archicom from three private individuals. The price of the shares is close to €100 million. Upon completion of the transaction, the Echo-Archicom group will be the largest residential developer in Poland. The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities.
Archicom is a property developer that has been operating on the Lower Silesian market since 1986. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2016. The parties have agreed that the scope of the transaction shall exclude the property development activities conducted by Archicom Polska outside Wrocław and adjacent districts as well as the architectural and design services of Archicom Studio Projekt.
Dentons provided the buyer with comprehensive legal support, including transactional advice, due diligence and capital markets support.
