August 3, 2022 Global law firm Dentons has advised Beretta Holding S. A. on the acquisition of 100 percent of Swiss-owned Ruag Ammotec.

Dentons advised with a multijurisdictional and multidisciplinary team on legal aspects of the transaction as well as the antitrust and FDI clearances and the relevant filings with the competent authorities in eight countries.

Milan-based partner Pier Francesco Faggiano - with support from senior associate Ferdinando Bonofiglio and trainee Matteo Defabiani - was responsible for the overall coordination in each phase, as well as for all the corporate aspects of the transaction.
