Global law firm Dentons has advised A.G.P. / Alliance Global Partners in New York as sole placement agent with regard to a further capital increase of Germany-based voxeljet AG. The gross proceeds of the offering amount to approximately $12 million (€9.9 million).

In conjunction with the capital increase, voxeljet AG (NASDAQ: VJET) has issued 443,414 ordinary shares in the form of American Depository Receipts at a purchase price of €22.27 per share (this equals around $26.95 per ordinary share) in a registered direct offering.

A.G.P. / Alliance Global Partners is a regional investment and advisory firm that has been a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission since 1980. A.G.P. specializes in wealth management and the middle market institutional arena.

voxeljet AG, headquartered in Germany, is a globally acting, leading provider of high-speed, large-format 3D printers and on-demand 3D printed parts to industrial and commercial customers.

Rob Condon, partner in the Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice in New York, and Robert Michels, a Capital Markets partner in Frankfurt, led the cross-border team on the deal.
