Wenger Vieli advised Sequotech on all legal matters in connection with tiag joining Sequotech Group. The transaction marks the ninth add-on acquisition upon which Wenger Vieli has advised Sequotech.
The transaction strengthens Sequotech’s presence in German-speaking Switzerland and expands its portfolio of comprehensive IT services for SMEs. With the addition of tiag, Sequotech Group now comprises ten companies and employs almost 400 experts in Switzerland and Germany. tiag will continue to operate with its existing team and management while benefiting from the expertise and collective resources of the Sequotech Group.
