The Hausmann-style property, former headquarters of the Union Financière de France (UFF) and vacant since 2023, develops a surface area of approximately 3,000 sq.m over seven floors and will undergo a full-scale renovation working in collaboration with the renowned architect Franklin Azzi, with the aim of creating a “trophy asset” designed to meet modern tertiary uses.
The project will offer high-end amenities, including a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower, alongside an ambitious environmental strategy targeting BREEAM Excellent, WELL and WiredScore certifications, while integrating the Net Zero Carbon program.
Stripping and decontamination works will start in spring 2026, with delivery scheduled for spring 2028.
