De Pardieu has advised Winncare, a leading European manufacturer of medical equipment designed to improve the lives of dependent people, and their caregivers, on the acquisition in the United-Kingdom of a majority stake in the share capital and voting rights of Five Mobility, a key player in the UK bariatric care sector.
The acquisition of Five Mobility, specializing in the rental of medical equipment, particularly for hospitals, is the 4th external growth transaction carried out by Winncare since Siparex ETI became a majority shareholder in 2021. Thanks to this acquisition, Winncare will expand its product offering and diversify its distribution channels, while strengthening its presence in the UK.
