A few weeks after delivery of the renovation works of this real estate complex, a commercial lease was entered into with Figaro Développement pertaining to premises covering approximately 3,300 sq.m. The Figaro group’s teams are expected to move in as from September 2026.
Acquired by Weinberg Capital Partners in 2021 through its value-add real estate fund WREP#3, the building has undergone a complete renovation. The program notably included the creation of refurbished office spaces, amenities for occupants and a landscaped rooftop.
The project is targeting BREEAM Very Good and WiredScore Gold certifications and is aligned with the objectives of the 2040 French Tertiary Sector Decree.
