For the completion of this transaction, Batipart Europe, through its hotel investment vehicle Anama, has assembled a consortium alongside CDC Investissement Immobilier, Société Générale Assurances and QuinSpark, and will act as strategic asset manager. QuinSpark will remain invested in the capital and retain its role as operating partner, while the day-to-day management of the hotel will continue to be handled by the Accor group.
