De Pardieu has advised Stordata, the expert in data management and security, on the signing of an agreement for the entry of Duonyx, a company specializing in data security and management, in the Stordata group.
This transaction is fully in line with Stordata's strategy to become a leading European platform for data, cybersecurity and cloud services. The two founders of Duonyx would become shareholders of the new group. This transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the second half of 2024, subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities and the other customary conditions for a transaction of this nature.
