De Pardieu has advised Caisse régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Languedoc, regional cooperative bank of the Crédit Agricole group, on the setting-up of a financing for the benefit of Eonys, a French consulting company specializing in management and accounting activities, intended to refinance its existing debts and on several credit facilities granted to Tageos, worldwide player in RFID technologies.
These financings include, inter alia, a revolving facility intended to cover the group’s general requirements, together with a confirmed facility and an unconfirmed facility intended to finance or refinance the Tageos group’s investments.
