De Pardieu advises BPCE on the lease of office premises within the Sequana complex in Paris

De Pardieu has advised BPCE on the negotiation of the commercial lease pertaining to the lease of office premises within the Sequana real estate complex located in Paris (13^th arrondissement).

The Sequana complex is an office development comprising two buildings located in the Semapa – Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand area, facing the Seine.

This transaction marks one of the first leases entered into within the Sequana complex since its renovation and launch on the market.
