De Pardieu advised Altarea on structuring and negotiating a partnership with Vantage Data Centers, one of the world’s leading hyperscale data center providers. The aim was to develop a data center campus dedicated to AI and cloud services in France.
The law firm advised Altarea on the structuring and negotiation of this partnership, which will see the development of a data center campus dedicated to AI and cloud services in France.
This campus will be built on a plot of land owned by Altarea located near Bordeaux. A 400 MW electrical connection has been secured from the French transmission system operator (RTE) , enabling accelerated time-to-market in order to meet the growing demand for AI and cloud capacities.
