Davis Malm is pleased to announce the addition of David L. Hansen to the firm’s Business Litigation and Employment practices. Dave is a litigation attorney focused on preventing and resolving business and employment disputes.

Dave represents clients in matters involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, employment misclassification claims, and enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. He also works with clients to draft employee handbooks and employment policies. Dave uses his expertise to evaluate each client’s unique goals, concerns, and risk tolerance to deliver results efficiently and cost-effectively.

Prior to joining Davis Malm, Dave practiced at other full-service law firms. He has also gained a comprehensive understanding of the judicial process while serving as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Dave received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
