BOCA RATON, Fla. (Nov. 21, 2017) – Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel LLP today announced Partner David Itskovich has been appointed to the City of Fort Lauderdale Parks, Recreation and Beaches Advisory Board.

As a partner at Broad and Cassel, Itskovich is the co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He has represented both regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of general and medical office buildings, multi-family apartments complexes, retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments. Itskovich has also represented community banks, national banks and institutional lenders in loan transactions relating to permanent financing, construction loan financing, distressed asset loan restructuring and alternatives to foreclosure.

Itskovich is active in numerous professional and community organizations and is a graduate of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Leadership Fort Lauderdale Program, Class XVI. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian and Slavic studies from New York University and received his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
