D2 Legal Technology (D2LT), a legal data consulting firm, has appointed Daniel Heymann as Head of Law Firm Transformation. Daniel will lead the expansion of D2LT’s consultancy services to support law firms with practical, compliant change management projects, including AI adoption.

Daniel brings more than 20 years’ experience to his new position as head of D2LT’s law firm transformation services. He trained as a financial lawyer at Clifford Chance before moving to the Ministry of Justice, advising Ministers on the implementation of policy and legislation. He has also worked as a legal operations consultant for institutions including Dentons, Allen & Overy, Vodafone, Network Rail, and Elevate.
Alongside his role at D2LT, Daniel is the founder of The Exchange, the UK’s first legaltech ‘podclub’, which is open to anyone who wants to improve the delivery of legal services. Recent guests include Sarah Sackman KC MP, Justice Minister, Tamara Box, former Managing Partner of Reed Smith, and Bradley Collins, founder of LegalTechTalk.
