Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar advise Dalton Financiera on issuing trust certificates listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange for $500 million under a new placement program authorized by the National Banking and Securities Commission.
The transaction involved I-Structure as the structuring agent; BBVA Casa de Bolsa and Casa de Bolsa Ve Por Más as placement intermediaries; Invex Banco as trustee of the issuance trust; and Monex Casa de Bolsa as common representative.
