Partner Stan Tirnoveanu recently discussed during a debate the most important aspects related to the two main restructuring proceedings: the restructuring agreement and the arrangement with creditors.
Stan Tirnoveanu presented during the Insolvency Conference organized by Ziarul Bursa the main advantages of the restructuring agreement between the debtor and its creditors, a new means to prevent insolvency.
The novelties brought by this new procedure as well as the conditions under which a debtor can resort to this proceeding were also main themes of the debate.
