1. Deal Description
Guerrero Olivos represented Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Danish fund manager specializing in renewable energy infrastructure investments (“CIP”), in the due diligence of a development Project located in de Magallanes, consisting of a wind park, electrolyzer, port, desalt plant and an ammonia plant. Our team advised CIP on Chilean law aspects of the joint venture with AustriaEnergy and Oekowind, including the joint venture agreements and associated corporate structuring.
Relevance to this assistance is that this is one of the largest projects in Chile for the development of green hydrogen in our country.
