Niederer Kraft Frey advised Coop on the acquisition of Interkauf AG.
Coop is a leading retailer and wholesaler in Switzerland. It operates in the food, non-food and service sector and has with approximately 2’500 sales outlets the densest network of sales outlets in Switzerland which comprises supermarkets, specialist formats and online shops. Coop employs around 91’000 employees.
Interkauf AG operates the shopping center Perry Center in Oftringen, which includes shops, restaurants and a hotel.
