Advice to Amazonas Energía S.A.C, an SPV formed by Construtora Andrade Gutierrez, in the development of the Lorena Hydroelectric Power Project in the Marañon river. It is estimated that the capacity of the project will exceed 400 MW -after some adjustments in the project development stage-.
This year, we advise Amazonas Energía S.A.C. regarding the renovation of its temporary generation concession, as to obtain the permanent power generation concession. In addition, as the feasibility studies and the power plant design are still on development, our current legal advice also includes the analysis of the various consults related to the future power plant operation, in compliance with the technical regulations issued by the Comité de Operación Económica del Sistema Interconectado Nacional- COES.
